Guides & Tips: sizing, care, and advice, your hat, your everyday ally.

Because a hat is much more than an accessory, it deserves special attention.

Here is a complete guide to help you choose the right size, measure your head circumference correctly, and take care of your hat on a daily basis, even when the weather is unpredictable.

Size Guide

Every hat should fit your head perfectly — neither too tight nor too loose — to ensure comfort, stability, and elegance.

Our sizes are expressed in centimeters and correspond to your exact head circumference.

Size equivalents :

  • S (54–55 cm): small head size

  • M (56–57 cm): standard size

  • L (58–59 cm): large head size

  • XL (60–61 cm): extra-large head size

If you hesitate between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one to guarantee optimal comfort.

How to measure your head size ?

Measuring your head circumference is simple, but a few details make all the difference.

  • Choose a sewing tape measure. Avoid rigid rulers for a more accurate measurement.

  • Place the tape:
    • about 1 cm above the eyebrows,
    • just above the ears,
    • and across the widest part at the back of the head.

This is the natural area where a hat rests.

  • The tape should be snug but never tight. You should be able to slide one finger between your head and the measuring tape.

  • This is your exact hat size.

If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one to ensure comfort and a proper fit.

Hat Care Advice

  • Always handle your hat by the brim, not the crown, to keep its shape.

  • Store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in a hat box or on a dedicated shelf.

  • Remove dust and debris regularly with a soft brush or cloth.

  • Avoid heavy rain or moisture; let it dry naturally if it gets wet.

  • Use gentle steaming to restore shape if needed.

  • Consider occasional professional cleaning for premium or handmade hats.
